Stateside Vodka offers 3 different ways to receive your order. 


  1. Local Delivery

    1. Stateside drivers will deliver your order directly to your door. Typically completed within 36-48 hours. Except Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

    2. We only offer delivery in Philadelphia county.

  2. UPS Ground

    1. We ship via UPS in all of Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Hamphsire and Washington DC. We cannot ship orders out of state, if you are looking to have Stateside delivered to an address outside of above listed areas, please visit this page, https://www.statesidevodka.com/order-online/. And select the state you wish to ship to. Orders outside of Pennsylvania are handled by one of our distributors.

  3. Pickup

    1. You are welcome to place a pick up order online or come to our facility at 1700 N Hancock St. Philadelphia, PA 19122 and place an order in person. 

    2. Pick up orders are ready almost immediately (we have no shortage of vodka)

Local Delivery:

Yes. There is a $50 minimum to be eligible for local delivery. 

NOTE: Local Delivery will not show up as an option at checkout if your cart does not exceed $50 or if your address falls outside our delivery area. 


UPS Ground: 

No. But if you would like to take advantage of free shipping, your order must exceed $50. 


Pickup: 

Your order will be available almost immediately. Just call us when you get here. An associate will bring it out to you. 


Local Delivery:

Within 36-48 hours of placing your order. We do not offer local delivery over the weekend or during holidays. If you place an order Friday afternoon, there is a good chance it will not arrive till Monday. 


Shipped Orders:

We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. 

Shipping times vary depending on location. UPS Ground averages between 1 to 3 days within Pennsylvania. You will receive a tracking number when your package is ready to go out.


Local Delivery:

Your driver will reach out via call/text to inform you they will be making your delivery within the next 15 minutes. They will just need to see a valid photo ID proving you are 21 or older.
NOTE: Our drivers cannot release alcohol to minors regardless if an adult is home or not. 


UPS Ground:

You will receive a tracking number via the email you provided when you placed your order. UPS will require an adult signature (21 or over) at the time of delivery. Please use your tracking # to see when your order is due to arrive.


Just shoot us an email to shipping@federaldistilling.com with your order number. Or simply reply to your confirmation email. An associate will help you from there.

Oh no! UPS does a great job for us, but mistakes do happen. 


There are a number of things that can happen. Check out the following to learn how to proceed. 


Damaged Package

UPS will never deliver one of our packages that they suspect to have incurred damage in transit. Typically they intercept the package and return it to us. This can obviously add time to your delivery. We ask that you monitor your tracking and if you notice anything strange or see a damage notification. Reach out to use at either 215-425-4200, or shipping@federaldistilling.com


However if you have received a package that has broken items or leaking items. Notify us immediately. 


Lost in transit

If a package is lost in transit, please notify us and we will see if we can get it resolved thru UPS. We must submit a claim with them for every package that goes missing. Once the claim is submitted we can start the process of re-issuing your order. 


UPS says my package was delivered

Notify us about this ASAP. You will be required to submit a claim to UPS for them to look into where the package is. All of our deliveries require an adult signature, so this shouldn't be an issue. As someone is required to physically receive the package for UPS to release it. 


I entered the wrong address by accident

Not a problem. Let us know right away and we can fix it before your package ships. If your package has already shipped, we can change the delivery address so long as it has not been delivered.


Not to worry, it's an easy fix. 


Depending on the promo, some of them have specific requirements that must be met in order for them to work. Some may require a certain product be added to the cart in order to receive the discount on said item. Please check the place where you got the promo code for more instructions. 

We do, but it is a little complicated. We use our distribution network to fulfill orders to the rest of the country. From this website (the one you are currently on) we can only ship to Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Hampshire and Washington DC addresses.

From there, select the state you wish to deliver to, and place your order. It will be fulfilled by a company called Passion Spirits, they are one of the distributors we have partnered with to bring our vodka, to you.
